So...not much of a community, eh?

I really want to continue using the platform (it seems to be better than some of its competitors/alternatives) but there’s a few things throwing me off:

  • Extremely limited activity on these community boards
  • Virtually no (maintained) social media presence—kinda makes it hard to engage w/ the brand

just started trying it out. seems pretty solid. I’ll take it as a good sign the forums aren’t full of people looking for help. about the only reason I use forums, except in this case for a feature request.

I don’t know…For the price point, I’d like at least some semblance of support…
